1. Provider Training and Education
Merz North America offers a number of resources through the Merz Aesthetic Exchange (MAX) to help you and your staff with product training and patient education:
- Radiesse (+) FDA-Required Jawline Contour Training on Anatomy, Injection Technique, and Safety
The FDA now requires that specific training on the newly-approved jawline indication for fillers be made available by the manufacturer to providers. Successful completion of this indication-specific training by providers is necessary prior to their administration of fillers for such new indications.
Radiesse (+) treatments of jawline contour should only be administered by providers who have appropriate training and experience, and who are knowledgeable about the anatomy at and around the site of injection.
2. Patient Education Tools
